This late 1970’s office building was acquired by new owners and transformed into office condominiums for resale. A new glass atrium defines the entry, incorporates a new stair and elevator tower, and serves as the building signage. New punched window openings allow additional light into the interior office suites. The existing mechanical system was upgraded and repaired to facilitate the creation of various sized condo suites. Conceptual graphics provided by NLAI supported the marketing effort, resulting in all the office condos being sold before construction started!
