Amber Oaks is a nine-building Class A office campus in northwest Austin, featuring a mixture of one- and two-story buildings. NoackLittle has assisted the owner with lobby and common area refreshes, conceptual design of exterior campus amenities, and tenant test fits. The lobbies of Building A and E have been modernized from the dated 1980's aesthetic to create open, well-lit, inviting spaces. Materials selected offer both improved look-and-feel, and moderate price points to provide value.
