This 1980’s era downtown office building had suffered a decline in recent years. A reposition of the property into a sustainable and modern office building was in order. The new design incorporates an additional floor-and-a-half of tenant space, new core elements including an elevator, complete infrastructure upgrades, and a new modern face lift to the exterior, all working within the Austin Energy Green Building certification process.
