Charles Schwab relocated much of their San Francisco corporate headquarters to Austin in addition to acquiring the 401K Company. They consolidated into an existing office building and performed extensive renovations, including a new employee restaurant, retail branch, formal presentation suite, training facility and completely remodeled building lobby with grand stair. Local materials were used in contemporary ways to suggest a connection with the Texas Hill Country while maintaining a forward approach.
