The Burnet Gateway area of Austin has multiple flex-office industrial parks. These two 1970’s era low roof tilt-wall buildings had been vacant for many years. The new owners wished to re-position the buildings from dark and dingy flex-offices to bright, airy, and vibrant office space suitable for call centers and other more traditional office tenants. New windows on all the walls and raising over 6,300 sf of roof on each building with clerestory glazing has made the buildings unique and filled with natural light. New entry canopies and unique glazed brick signage walls allow for custom tenant identity visible from the street.
