A late 1980’s remodel of the entrance and lobby of this early 70’s, 16-story office building located at the corner of 9th Street and Congress Avenue unsuccessfully attempted to address the building’s lack of visibility and identity. A new translucent, glowing glass box and identity canopy contrast strongly with the dark building exterior to create a sense of place, giving much needed visibility to the main building entrance and updating the building experience to appeal to a more design savvy market.
