Originally built in the 1980's, the two story office building in north Austin was in need of revamping. In order to create a branded environment that would work for the client's needs, NLAI gutted the interior of the building with maintaining the core’s masonry.

The existing buildings layout offered private offices around the perimeter, restricting natural light for the central open office. NLAI pushed the open office toward the glass to optimize the natural light allocation.

NLAI worked along side multiple furniture vendors to enhance Security Industry Specialist’s branding and comfort.
